Great hotel! They are essentially small condos. Full kitchen w dishwasher, washer/dryer. Utensils and dishware included in unit. Quiet. Pet friendly!!! Great view on back patio.

Perfect place to stay on the beach Gulf side. Clean and not as crowded was appreciated. The pool and hot tub were pristine and partly shaded. Staff was friendly and helpful as well as extremely prompt. Everything was in working order and supplied quite well. It was quiet and close to everything.

This was the 2nd time we booked the Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites for a trip with our son. Last time we had a pretty poor experience, but thought since that was right around the time the storms hit that it was related to those issues. Unfortunately this was not the case, once again the rooms was filthy , dust was on all of the furniture, fans and fixtures we literally had a hard time breathing in the unit. There is minimal decoration and decor, very basic and the walls were covered in handprints and footprints in front of the barstool seats in kitchen. Our room had very sandy floors and the room smelled like BO, we didn't think anyone actually mopped or swept before we came because it was far too sandy, as soon as the ac stopped running the room smelled like people were just there. Fans in the rooms were covered in dust on the fan blades. Beds were very poor quality, the king bed in the main room was caved in on one side causing my wife to have very uncomfortable back pains throughout our stay. You would think for over $450 a night they would invest in proper cleaning staff, furniture, and mattresses you can sleep on. We have been going to Treasure Island for over 8 years freq

This is a good hotel to stay in, we had rooms on the Pacific side and those sunsets are incredible. The balcony we had was more or less shielded from the wind and perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. It's a little bit of a walk to get to amenities, but not too far, other hotels further up we're a lot closer. Couple of minutes in a car or a jaunty walk to Publix. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, all were good without being exceptional. That being said we had a room with a broken washing machine. Repair dude turned up the second day, diagnosed it as fubar and there it sat utterly useless. There was also some construction that started opposite, looking around the local space it seems like there's scope for that to happen more often. Not complaining about this as it is what it is, but others may find that off-putting. As we were out mostly when the construction was on it barely mattered for my stay.
